I. Operating Hours
Daily opening hours: 8:30 – 16:30, last entry at 15:30 (subject to seasonal adjustments; please refer to official announcements). Please plan your visit accordingly.
II. Entry Requirements
Visitors are responsible for any losses caused to themselves, the park, or others due to forgetting to bring a disability certificate. When driving a disability scooter, speed must be kept below 5 km/h at entrances, exits, turns, and other slow-moving areas, and below 10 km/h on flat paths. Violators will be held responsible for any losses caused by speeding, failure to yield, or other driving-related issues.
The following items are prohibited inside the park: roller skates, balance bikes, bicycles (including shared bikes), drones, professional video cameras, pets, etc. Violators will be liable for all losses incurred, including but not limited to damages to themselves, the park, or other visitors.
Pets are not allowed in the park. In special circumstances or during designated events, relevant pet documentation and vaccination certificates must be presented. Pets without proper documentation will be denied entry, and owners will be liable for all resulting losses.
Professional photography equipment and related items are prohibited. Violators will be held responsible for any losses caused.
Clothing or accessories with political, religious, or era-sensitive themes are prohibited. Violators will bear all resulting losses.
III. Visitor Code of Conduct
Protect the environment: Do not step on lawns, pick flowers, or litter. Dispose of garbage in designated bins following sorting guidelines.
Behave civilly: No loud noises, running, or chasing. Refrain from using external speakers.
Preserve facilities: Do not damage sculptures, benches, signs, or other public property.
Safety guidelines: Stay away from water edges and steep slopes. Children and seniors must be accompanied at all times.
No-smoking zones: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
IV. Safety Reminders
In case of severe weather (e.g., thunderstorms, strong winds), follow staff instructions for evacuation.
In emergencies, contact staff immediately.
Keep personal belongings secure, especially valuables. The park is not responsible for lost items.
Supervise seniors and children to prevent them from getting lost.
