The 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM session covers both the golden light period before sunset and the blue hour after sunset, making it suitable not only for shooting panoramic sunset views but also for recording the urban or natural landscapes under dusk.

1. Ticket Eligibility & Validity

• Eligible Group: Adult Ticket is exclusively for international visitors aged 18–59 years old (inclusive), calculated based on the date of birth on passport.
• Validity Period: Tickets are valid exclusively for the booked date and selected time slot. No extensions, date/time changes, or refunds will be issued for expired tickets or missed time slots.
• Passport Mandate: A valid, unexpired passport is the only accepted identification for international visitors. The passport name must exactly match the booking information. Failure to present a matching, valid passport will result in denied entry with no refund.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• Booking Deadline: Book at least 4 hours prior to the selected time slot. Same-day bookings are subject to availability (daily visitor limit: 800 people).
• Confirmation & Voucher: After successful payment, a digital voucher (with booking reference number, time slot, and entry instructions) will be sent to your registered email and phone number within 15 minutes. No physical ticket is required.
• Time Slot Arrangement: Four time slots are available daily to control crowd density (max 200 visitors per slot). Select your preferred slot during booking and arrive as scheduled.
• Contact Updates: Ensure your registered phone number and email are valid. Critical notifications (e.g., temporary closures due to weather/equipment maintenance) will be sent via SMS/email.

3. Entry & Visiting Information

• Entry Requirements:
  • Arrive at the check-in point 15 minutes before your selected time slot. Present two documents for verification: ① Digital voucher (mobile or printed version) ② Valid, unexpired passport (matching booking details).
  • Last entry is at 21:15 for the 20:00–22:00 time slot. Late arrivals beyond the scheduled time slot forfeit the ticket with no refund.
• Location & Access: The Stage Baiyulan Observation Deck (320m high, top floor of SMP Shanghai Baiyulan Plaza), LG1 Floor, No. 501 East Daming Road, Hongkou District, Shanghai.
  • Transportation: Take Metro Line 10 to Tilanqiao Station (Exit 3), then 8-minute walk; or buses 13/28/134/308 to Dongdaming Road Liyang Road Station.
• Opening Hours: 10:00–22:00 daily (hours may adjust for special events; subject to on-site announcements).
• Inclusions: Access to the 360° open-air observation deck, five-act immersive experience (Prologue, Ascent, Climax, Descent, Epilogue) with custom music and scents, panoramic views of the Bund, Lujiazui skyline, Huangpu River, and Suzhou Creek.

4. Visitor Rules & Safety

• Health & Safety Precautions:
  • Visitors with acrophobia, hypertension, epilepsy, heart disease, or other health conditions are advised to book cautiously.
  • Do not lean over, climb, or lean on railings; no running or dangerous behaviors on the open-air deck. Avoid prolonged occupation of viewing spots during peak hours.
  • In case of emergency (e.g., power outage, weather alerts), remain calm and follow staff evacuation guidance.
• Prohibited Items & Behaviors:
  • No large luggage (suitcases, backpacks over 15×20cm), strollers, wheelchairs (except folding wheelchairs for disabled visitors with prior notice), or camping gear (tents, folding chairs).
  • No food, drinks, drones, kites, balloons, or flying items; no professional photography equipment (tripods, large lenses, lighting gear) or commercial filming/recording without prior approval.
  • No pets allowed (guide dogs, service dogs are permitted with valid certification).
  • No flammable, explosive, sharp, or dangerous goods; no lighters, umbrellas, or items that may fall or scatter.
  • No loud noises, disorderly conduct, or commercial activities (e.g., live streaming, advertising) without permission.

5. Operational Adjustments

• Temporary Suspension: The observation deck may be partially or fully closed due to extreme weather (strong winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms, hail), equipment maintenance, or special events. No compensation will be provided for such closures; visitors may reschedule within 30 days of the original date (subject to availability).
• Weather Adaptations: In case of light rain, the open-air deck remains accessible (raincoats provided on-site); in severe weather, the deck may close temporarily, and visitors will be notified via SMS/email.

6. Additional Benefits
