Terms & conditions
- Ticket is valid only on the selected visit date and is non-refundable
- Advance booking is required; walk-ins are subject to availability
- Each G Wagon package is valid for up to 4 participants
- Maximum 5 participants allowed per vehicle; if exceeded, the vehicle will be replaced with a Jeep Wrangler
- Additional participants are chargeable (RM 40/pax without lunch or RM 80/pax with lunch)
- Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled tour for registration and briefing
- All participants must follow the guide’s and driver’s instructions at all times
- Seatbelts must be worn throughout the ride; reckless behavior is not permitted
- Not suitable for pregnant women or participants with serious medical conditions
- Children aged 1 year and above are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult
- Comfortable outdoor clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended
- The activity may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather or safety caonditions
