About this experience

CSIA/NZSIA/APSI/SAJ internationally certified professional coaches provide Chinese/English instruction. The course is completely tailored to the characteristics of each student. Whether it is single or double board, the teaching content is flexibly adjusted and the progress is flexible, making learning easy, efficient and full of fun. During the class, the coach will take photos and videos of your wonderful skiing for you, allowing you to enjoy your learning progress while also leaving precious and unforgettable snow memories.

What to expect

You can expect a fully personalized ski or snowboard learning experience guided by internationally certified coaches who provide instruction in both Chinese and English. Lessons are customized to your skill level and learning style, with flexible pacing to help you progress comfortably. Throughout the session, coaches will also capture photos and videos, allowing you to track your improvement while taking home unforgettable snow memories.

  • We do not assume any responsibility for any injuries or accidents before, during, or after the course.
  • Please note that business hours and service contents are subject to change due to weather, snow conditions, etc.

Terms & conditions

  • Course duration: 6 hours (9:30-15:30, including a 1-hour lunch break). If you need a coach to assist you in renting, the time will be included in the course.
  • Please select the appropriate package based on the number of participants. For example, a 1-2 person course will be priced the same regardless of whether there are 1 or 2 participants. Selecting the wrong package may affect normal use.
  • Rotating classes: Different members of the same group take turns taking classes. The fee is calculated based on the total number of people in the group. For example: 2 people in the morning and 2 people in the afternoon, the fee is calculated as 4 people.
  • Extension of course: Extension or overtime will be charged at a uniform rate of 15,000 yen per hour.
  • Peak season: December 21, 2025 - January 7, 2026, and February 13, 2026 - March 1, 2026. Course prices during this period will be subject to peak season standards.
  • Applicable age: 3 years and above. Children aged 3-6 years old must book a separate one-on-one lesson and are not eligible for group lessons.
  • Chinese (Mandarin) courses are taught by native-speaking instructors.
  • Lift tickets must be purchased separately. They will be available on site on the day.
  • The course language and time cannot be changed after booking. If you need to change, please cancel your reservation and then make a new one.
  • Please try to book lessons with a friend of the same level.
  • If you fail to show up for more than 30 minutes without a valid reason on the day of the class, it will be considered as giving up the class and no refund will be provided. If you are late for class due to personal reasons, you will not be able to make up the time (delay the get out of class).
  • To ensure smooth communication with the instructor, please ensure that your mobile phone has an active internet connection when you go to the ski resort.
  • Snow sports involve the risk of injury or death. Applicants and their companions are advised to purchase travel insurance, medical insurance, or other related outdoor activity insurance.
  • Please note that business hours and service contents are subject to change due to weather, snow conditions, etc.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal equipment or property before, during or after the course.
  • We do not assume any responsibility for any injuries or accidents before, during, or after the course.
  • Before the lesson begins, we recommend arriving at the designated meeting point with your instructor at least 10 minutes prior to the start date. Please ensure you have all necessary ski equipment and clothing. We will not provide refunds, extensions, or extra time if you incur equipment replacement fees or lost lesson time due to personal reasons (e.g., not bringing gloves, incorrect snowshoe size, etc.).
  • During the course, for safety reasons, you must follow the instructor's advice and instructions. Repeated failure to comply (e.g., leaving the group without permission, damaging the resort facilities, etc.) may result in the instructor's right to immediately terminate the contract and lesson services, with no refunds.
  • If the guest cancels the course due to their own reasons (including but not limited to choosing not to attend class due to bad weather conditions, personal schedule changes, etc.), no refund will be given.
  • If there are force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, war, etc.) or the ski resort officially announces the closure of the ski resort or suspension of operations, the course can be canceled and a refund can be given.
  • If your flight is delayed or cancelled, you can cancel your course and receive a refund upon providing relevant proof.
