What to expect

• Weather Sensitivity: Mt. Fuji is famously "shy." While the tour goes to the best viewing spots, visibility depends entirely on the weather. If the 5th Station road is closed (Dec–Apr), you will visit the World Heritage Center instead.
• Pacing: This is a "shared car" tour with a fixed schedule. Expect about 40–50 minutes at each major stop. It is a full day of activity, so punctuality is essential.
• Physical Requirements: You should be in good health. The tour involves some walking at high altitudes and is not recommended for those with certain medical conditions (e.g., heart disease or acrophobia).
• Return Logistics: If you choose the Shinkansen return, you will disembark at Odawara Station. Your ticket will be for an unreserved seat, and you will arrive at Tokyo Station rather than Shinjuku
• Guide/Driver: Depending on the group size, you may have a dedicated guide or a "driver-guide" who manages the logistics and provides information.

Things to note

• Punctuality is absolute: Japanese tours generally do not wait. Aim to be there by 7:50 AM. If you miss the bus, it is treated as a "no-show" with no refund.
• Identify the staff: Look for a guide holding a sign with the tour name or provider logo.
• The driver is legally obligated to prioritize their "clock-out" time. This means if there is a massive jam, the guide may have to shorten your time
• Medical Restrictions: If you have asthma, bronchitis, heart disease, or are pregnant, you should be cautious. The volcanic gases can trigger respiratory distres

• A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• This is a carpooling itinerary. Please be sure to abide by the stopover time at each attraction and follow the driver's instructions.
• If you leave the group on your own during the trip, the transaction will be deemed invalid and no fees will be refunded. If personal or property safety is affected as a result, the consequences will be borne by you.
• Please note that no refund will be given if you fail to participate or cancel the trip due to personal issues, lateness, etc.
• Due to the unpredictability of traffic conditions, weather, festivals or crowds on the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may change.
• In case of a small number of people, the driver and tour leader will be used for operation. Please be aware that this product is a carpooling service, and there will be other guests riding together. Parking is not allowed outside the scenic spots.
• According to Japanese law, the maximum working time for drivers is 10 hours. In order to ensure the safety of drivers and the stability of driving, the itinerary may be adjusted according to actual conditions, including reducing the time for sightseeing or canceling certain attractions. Please understand. This is not a reason to request a refund. We sincerely hope that all passengers can understand and support this.
• Infants aged 0-2 who do not occupy a bed or include meals will be charged a hotel facility fee of 2,000 yen. Please inform us in advance. If you fail to inform us and the bus is overcrowded, the driver or guide has the obligation to refuse to board. Children aged 2 and above are charged the same price as adults.
