1. Order Placement and Communication Process

2. Scheduling Rules
No refund will be issued if the guest fails to show up after booking; please be advised.
- The booked package has an expiration date. Customers without scheduled dates can prioritize selecting globally applicable packages (prices vary by region, subject to inquiry).
3. Change & Refund Policy
- If a refund is requested before the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
- Confirmed bookings are non-refundable; if the service provider's schedule permits, one free date change is allowed, which must be requested at least half a month in advance;
- No refund will be issued for bookings if travel is prevented due to force majeure circumstances such as transportation delays, strikes, aircraft malfunctions, or flight cancellations.
4. Emergency Booking Policy
Bookings made between 22:00 and 9:00 the next day are considered non-standard working hours bookings. By placing a booking, you acknowledge and agree that the supplier will process and contact you in booking order after 9:00 the next day.
Late-night/early morning service requiring additional staff effort will incur an emergency service fee, with safety assessment conducted.
5. Other fees description
Travel expenses and service fees for extended travel time due to distant service locations should be communicated and confirmed with the merchant in advance, and will be borne by the customer.

What to expect

Koishikawa Korakuen is a Japanese-style garden that incorporates Chinese elements. It was built in the early Edo period. "Korakuen" is taken from "The Worry of the World Before the World, and the Joy of the World" in "The Story of Yueyang Tower" one sentence. The garden integrates mountains, rivers, lakes, and pastoral landscapes, with Tokyo Dome as the background, which is unique. The courtyard is quiet and pleasant, suitable for walking. Thousands of trees are planted here, including pine, maple, cherry trees, etc. The large spring water with Penglai Island and Tokudaiji Stone is the center, and cherry trees, maples and other trees are planted around. In the north, there are Merlin, iris, rattan and so on. In early February every year, the white plum blossoms are in full bloom, and in early April, there are sakura blossoms that can be viewed, attracting a large number of tourists to come here.
