What to expect
Located inLiujia MountainKobe Nunobiki Herb Gardens is an oasis of tranquility in the bustling city, where you can immerse yourself in the world of flowers - admiring their beauty and breathing in their delicate fragrances. Take the "Dream Wind Ship" cable car up to the mountainside herb garden, where you'll be greeted by waves of enchanting aromas. Welcome to the "greenhouse that nurtures perfumes."
The Vanilla Garden is a complex of medieval European-style architecture, featuring quaint cottages and lush, picturesque courtyards. In the Rose Symphony Garden, visitors can admire a dazzling variety of roses in full bloom, which are in excellent condition and serve as perfect raw materials for essential oils. The Perfume Sample Hall showcases numerous essential oil distillers from different eras and cultures, along with a detailed introduction to the history of perfume. Hundreds of perfume samples are available for visitors to try, and you can even vote for your favorite scent and leave a personal note. The upper floor of the European-style main building houses a unique restaurant that skillfully incorporates various spices into its dishes, offering a true feast for the eyes, nose, and palate. The garden's glass greenhouse cultivates many tropical plants, including pineapples, bananas, and even curry ingredients, all of which you can see up close during your visit.
