Terms & conditions
- Each ticket is valid for one person only
- The ticket is valid for one-day use only; all three experiences (JDT Hummer Tour, Stadium Tour, and Buggy Tour) must be completed on the same day
- Total estimated duration for all activities is approximately 4 hours
- Tickets cannot be split across multiple days
- Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes before the first tour activity for registration and briefing
- For the Hummer Limousine Ride, guests should arrive 10 minutes before boarding
- Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult
- Hummer Limousine Ride: accommodates up to 12–15 passengers (adults + children) per session; additional guests will be scheduled for the next available session
- Buggy Tour: maximum 4 adults per buggy, or 3 adults + 2 children, depending on size/weight
- Stadium Tour: access may be restricted in certain areas due to maintenance or private events
- Follow all instructions provided by staff
- Reckless driving, unsafe behavior, or failure to comply with staff instructions may result in termination of the activity without refund
- Smoking, eating, and drinking are prohibited inside the Hummer Limousine
- Guests must not enter restricted areas and should handle all vehicles, equipment, and seating with care
- Damages due to negligence may incur repair charges
- Large bags and backpacks are not allowed inside the stadium; storage is available at the ticket counter
- Comfortable clothing and non-marking shoes are recommended
- Photography is allowed in most areas; please follow the guide’s instructions
- Activities may be rescheduled or delayed due to weather, technical issues, safety reasons, official events, or unforeseen circumstances
- On match days or special events, ticketing counters or activity areas may be relocated
- If guests do not accept the rescheduled time, tickets can be exchanged for another product of equal value
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased
- Rescheduling is allowed at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals
- Visitors join all activities at their own risk
- The organizer is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from failure to follow safety instructions or misuse of vehicles/tour facilities
- Guests must treat all vehicles, equipment, and property with care
