What to expect

Takino Suzuran Hillside National Park is the only national park in Hokkaido. It covers a large area and is surrounded by lush and lush natural ecology. Not only is the environment beautiful and suitable for leisure, but also a variety of activities are often held in different seasons. The park is divided into 4 areas, namely the central area, the stream area, and the forest area of Takino (East and West). Each area has its own fun and play points. There are beautiful gardens in the central area, waterfalls and rivers in the stream area, and wild grasses in the forest area to welcome people. On Christmas Day, the state-run Takino Suzuran Hillside National Park was renamed "Snow World" and opened to the public. The colorful hills turned into a silver world, and the people who came to ski make it lively. The 250-meter-long gentle slope is perfect for first-time skiers, and even children can easily experience it. There are also several runs for beginners and intermediate skiers.
