What to expect

Mounted on the roof of the HEP FIVE shopping mall, the red HEP FIVE Ferris Wheel has become a landmark of the northern Umeda district of Osaka. The Ferris wheel is equipped with air conditioning, and visitors can plug in their phones or music players to listen to their own music while enjoying commanding views of Mount Ikoma, Osaka Bay, and the entire city.

Things to note

• 1) Each cabin can accommodate up to 4 visitors.
• Mobile screenshots and printed tickets are not accepted.
• 2) Upon arrival at the ticket counter, open the e-ticket link in your email and tap "Use"
• Please ensure you have an Internet connection before proceeding.
• Then present your phone screen to the staff.

The museum will be closed on May 15 (Thursday) and June 19 (Thursday).
Due to the long-term maintenance of the Ferris wheel, it is expected to be temporarily closed from mid-October 2025 to late April 2026. Thank you for your understanding.
[Osaka Metro 1-Day Ticket]
· Please be sure to click the "Start using" button after 3:00 a.m. on the day of the activity. Please note that if you click the "Start using" button between 12:00 a.m. and 2:59 a.m., your ticket will expire at 3:00 a.m. on the same day.
· Validity period: 6 months from the date of purchase.
· Effective area:
· All Osaka Metro lines (including Yumezuma Station)
· All Osaka City Bus lines (excluding specific routes specified in the Osaka City Bus rules)
· Usage conditions: Osaka Metro & Osaka City Bus 1-Day Pass: Can be used on any day within the validity period of the ticket. (Last use date: November 30, 2025)
※Each ticket can only be used by one person.
· When riding the subway, simply scan the QR code at a QR code-enabled ticket gate to enter or exit the station.
· When riding a bus, please scan the dedicated QR code displayed inside the bus before getting off, and show the verification screen to the driver when getting off.
· When using a discount facility, please show the QR code on your ticket to the staff. If the QR code cannot be shown due to a system error, etc., you will not be able to enjoy the discount.
· Please note that if the facility is closed or the QR code page cannot be displayed, you may not be able to enjoy the discount. In this case, no cancellation or refund request will be accepted.
· This ticket can only be used by one person.
· This pass is not valid on Hankyu, Kita-Osaka Kyuko, Kintetsu or other company lines.
· When traveling outside the valid area, please inform the staff at the arrival station and pay the additional fare.
· If the ticket cannot be displayed due to device failure, cell phone exhaustion, unstable communication service, etc., you will not be able to use the service. In this case, please pay the fare separately before using the service. Please note that the fare paid during the period when the ticket cannot be displayed will not be refunded.
· The use of the ticket is subject to the terms and conditions, passenger regulations and other relevant policies of each transportation company.
· Important notes for purchasing multiple tickets:
If you purchase multiple tickets at once, they are not transferable and cannot be shared. Please make sure all tickets are for the same trip.
· To use an e-ticket, please use a mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone to click on the link for the e-ticket you received after making your reservation, show the e-ticket to the staff, and press the use button.
※You will need an internet connection to use the electronic ticket, so please prepare an internet connection in advance.
※Please note: Screenshots of photos or printed paper tickets do not use.
※If you purchase multiple tickets at once, you cannot use them separately. Once you start using them, all tickets will be used at the same time. If you want to use the tickets individually multiple times, please purchase them in batches.
※To prevent others from using it illegally, when you open the e-ticket again in a different environment than the one you used to open it for the first time, the system will ask you to use the OTP one-time password for verification. Please follow the steps below to complete the verification.
1. Enter an email email address that can normally receive emails and press the send button.
2. Check your mailbox to see if you have received the OTP password email. If you cannot find the email, it may be classified as spam. If you still cannot find it in the spam folder, it may be that the email address you entered is incorrect. Please open the website and re-enter the email address.
3. Enter the OTP password in the email on the ticket screen and click the confirmation button. If the password is correct, the screen for using the e-ticket will be switched to.
