4. Please redeem your tickets at SOLA SPA (not at N Seoul Tower or the Cable Car ticket counter).

6. The e-voucher cannot be used directly at the Cable Car station or the entrance of N Seoul Tower.

After a scenic journey to the top of Namsan Mountain, either by cable car or a pleasant walk, you’ll arrive at the tower plaza filled with restaurants, shops, and viewing areas. Couples often visit the “Locks of Love” terrace to leave padlocks as symbols of affection, while families and solo travelers enjoy the tower’s multimedia experiences and exhibitions. • Same-day bookings are available until 18:00 (local time).
• This is an open-date ticket. You may use it on another day if redemption is not possible due to operational issues.
• The e-voucher cannot be used directly at the Cable Car station or the entrance of N Seoul Tower.
• Please redeem your tickets at SOLA SPA (not at N Seoul Tower or the Cable Car ticket counter).
• Tickets can be collected in advance or on the same day. Once collected, tickets cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Ticket collection hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (KST). Please collect your tickets during these hours.
• Tickets not collected within the validity period (90 days from purchase) are non-refundable and will be automatically processed.
• Children under 36 months can enter free of charge (must be accompanied by a paying adult).
• Cable Car operations may be suspended due to weather or maintenance conditions.
• For special circumstances, please contact customer service in advance for assistance.
