Special Notes:
Entry Method: On the selected date of use, exchange your e-ticket by either:
Converting it to a QR code using the last four digits of the mobile number provided during purchase + the voucher code.
OR presenting the same details at the park's manual ticket window to obtain physical tickets.
Both individuals must enter the park together for verification simultaneously, and entry is permitted only once.
Complimentary Ticket Policy:
Complimentary admission is granted to children under the age of 3 OR with a height under 1.0 meter on the day of visit.
Each paying adult (aged 18 or above on the day of visit) is limited to accompanying only one child receiving complimentary admission.
Eligibility & ID Verification:
This product is exclusively for residents of Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and overseas countries.
Each guest must present one of the following valid identification documents for verification upon entry:
Hong Kong/Macau SAR Home Visit Permit / ID Card (Permanent or Non-permanent residents accepted) / Passport.
Taiwan Compatriot Permit or People's Republic of China Taiwan Resident Residence Permit.
Passport for overseas nationals.
If the relevant documentation and ticket cannot be presented together, guests will be required to purchase the appropriate ticket at the standard gate price to enter.
Booking & Availability:
This product must be booked at least one day before the selected visit date, before 23:59.
Tickets are limited and subject to availability. Sales may be suspended or terminated at any time based on the park's operational management needs.
Park Entry Requirement:
Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a visitor aged 16 or above to enter the park.
Ticket Price Excludes:
The ticket price does not include: Early Entry (1-hour prior access), VIP Guided Tours, Junior Keeper Program, Jellyfish Explorer Camp, Turtle Explorer Camp, Whale Shark Night Tour, Whale Shark Behind-the-Scenes Tour, Whale Shark Aquarium Diving Experience, Fireworks Viewing Area, Super Mammoth Viewing Location, Animal Feeding, Raincoats required for specific attractions, Priority Access, Stroller & Wheelchair Rental, Item & Luggage Storage, Portable Charger Rental, Carnival Game Booths, Designated Photo Services, and other premium services. All food & beverage, merchandise, and related consumption are priced as announced onsite at the park.
What to expect
Kick off your day at Zhuhai Chimelong Ocean Kingdom by heading straight to the Whale Shark Aquarium—stand before the massive acrylic window to marvel at the gentle giants gliding past, and snap photos under the 360° dome for stunning underwater-style shots. Next, brave the Parrot Roller Coaster for an adrenaline rush as it races through rainforests and lakes, then cool off with the Super Rapids (don’t forget a raincoat!).
Catch the 14:00 beluga show, where the white whales dance to music and interact with trainers. In the afternoon, wander the polar area to watch penguins waddle and spot polar bears through the underwater viewing tunnel. Visit the jellyfish exhibit to admire the magical light-and-shadow effects of glowing jellyfish.
In the evening, join the 19:15 Ocean Star Dance parade, then find a spot by Hengqin Sea for the 20:00 fireworks show, where bursts of color light up the sky above the water.
