- Each vehicle package is valid for up to 4 participants; maximum 5 participants allowed per vehicle
- Additional participants are chargeable (RM 40/pax without lunch or RM 80/pax with lunch)
- Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled tour for registration and safety briefing
- UTV self-drive option requires a valid driving license to be presented before the tour
- All participants must follow the guide’s and driver’s instructions at all times
- Seatbelts must be worn throughout the ride; reckless driving is strictly prohibited
- Not suitable for pregnant women or participants with serious medical conditions (e.g., back, neck, or heart issues)
- Children aged 1 year and above are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult
- Comfortable outdoor clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended; expect light mud and dirt during the ride
- The activity may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather or safety conditions
- Food, drinks, and smoking are not allowed inside the vehicle
