- To avoid queues, please arrive at the ticket booth for check-in at least 30–40 minutes before departure time.
- Only smoking of cigarettes and vapes is permitted on board. Other types of smoking are not allowed.

A Boarding Tax (€1.30) is charged to all passengers at check-in.
Please arrive at the ticket booth 30–40 minutes before departure to avoid queues.
Tours run year-round and are only cancelled if weather or sea conditions are unsafe.
Routes, schedules, or vessels may change due to weather, sea conditions, or minimum capacity requirements.
Free changes via GetYourGuide up to 24h before the activity; after that, a €15 rebooking fee per ticket applies (paid at check-in).

Small backpacks can be brought on board, but large suitcases cannot be stored on the boat. Nearby areas such as Cais do Sodré and Terreiro do Paço have paid luggage lockers where bags can be stored.
