How to Use

Book at least one day in advance, before 12:00 PM. Cancellation fees apply (40% for cancellations 3 days in advance, 100% for cancellations on the day).

A staff member will contact you in English to confirm itinerary details before 6:00 PM one day before departure.

On the day of departure, you will meet at the agreed location (hotel pickup available) with your reserved name/phone number/passport/electronic confirmation.

After the tour, you will be dropped off at 6:00 PM in downtown Hangzhou. Please inform us in advance if you require a drop-off outside the city.

Moganshan National Park: Once a famous summer resort, it features lush bamboo forests, fresh air, and century-old villas. Enjoy hiking and exploring the natural wonders.

Reservations and Confirmations: Reservations must be made at least 24-48 hours in advance and must be purchased by 12:00 PM (local time) one day before your tour. After booking, our staff will contact you no later than 6:00 PM (local time) one day before your tour to confirm details such as the pickup location and meeting time.

Meeting and Departure: On the day of your tour, you will be met by bus at the designated location with your pre-determined name/contact number/passport/electronic confirmation. Your driver will provide basic services throughout the tour (there will be no dedicated tour guide; please contact the driver for any basic itinerary questions). English communication support will be provided.
