- Passengers are advised to keep their ferry tickets and dining vouchers safe and to travel on the Pearl of the Orient according to the itinerary shown on their tickets
- No compensation will be provided for lost dining vouchers. 7
- If a flight is cancelled due to special weather or ship malfunction, passengers who have purchased tickets can apply for a refund at the service center within 30 days
- Passengers who purchased tickets online can contact the relevant online ticket seller to apply for a refund. 8
- Once tickets for regular flights are sold, no changes, refunds, or cancellations will be made. 9

- Passengers are only permitted to bring items not exceeding 26 inches high x 20 inches wide x 12 inches deep on board, free of charge
- If items exceed these dimensions, passengers must store them at the pier service center; however, the company will not be liable for any damage to the items
- On board, baggage and personal belongings must not be placed on passenger seats, in wheelchair areas, in passenger walkways, in front of the gangplank, or outside the engine room
- Passengers carrying large baggage must follow the instructions of company staff and place it properly in the baggage area. 7
- If a passenger's baggage not exceeding the standard is lost in whole or in part due to the carrier's liability, the carrier shall be liable for compensation at a rate of HK$20 per kilogram, with a maximum compensation of HK$600
- For damage to baggage not exceeding the standard, the compensation amount shall be negotiated based on the extent of the damage, but shall not exceed the stipulated compensation amount for lost baggage. 8
- For baggage loss or damage not exceeding the standard, the owner should submit a claim for compensation to the carrier or its agent within one month from the date of loss or damage; claims submitted after this period will not be accepted
- The carrier should inform the claimant of the claim result within one month of receiving the baggage claim file not exceeding the standard, and should also promptly notify the claimant if it refuses to pay compensation. 9
- Flammable materials, flammable gases, explosives and all dangerous goods, prohibited items or smuggled goods included by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government are strictly prohibited from being carried on board. 10
- Passengers are not allowed to bring pets (dogs, birds or other animals), except guide dogs. 11
- Each adult passenger may bring one child under 2 years old, not exceeding 95 cm in height, who does not occupy a seat, on the Pearl of the Orient free of charge
- Passengers aged 2 to under 12 years old must purchase a child ticket
- Passengers who cannot provide proof of age but are over 95 cm tall will be considered as 2 years old or older. 12
