Immersify Kuala Lumpur is Malaysia’s first permanent purpose-built multi-dimensional media art gallery that encompasses an impressive 30,000 ft² of whimsical worlds. Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur at The Labs, Bukit Bintang City Centre, we aim to deliver an authentic awe-inspiring voyage that sparks imagination and awakens the mind.

Designed to captivate visitors across all walks of life, our immersive experiential space features 14 uniquely crafted zones, including Southeast Asia’s first-ever 360° 12-metre high zone. We offer illuminating and engaging content that seamlessly blends masterful South Korean storytelling and innovative media art infused with Malaysia’s vibrant cultural identity.

• Food, drinks, smoking, and vaping are not permitted inside the exhibition areas.
• Visitors are responsible for their belongings; the venue is not liable for loss or damage.
• Some exhibits feature flashing lights, loud sounds, or motion effects that may not be suitable for visitors with certain medical conditions.

• All visitors must hold a valid ticket for entry.
• Children 5 years old enter free
• Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid only for the date/time stated.
• No smoking, vaping, outside food or drinks allowed inside the venue.
• Flash photography, tripods, and professional filming equipment are prohibited unless with written approval.
• Visitors must follow instructions from staff for safety and smooth operations.
• The management reserves the right to change operating hours, close sections, or reschedule shows without prior notice for maintenance, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
