What to expect

Pingtung Wangchuan Cultural Museum has five floors of exhibition areas to fully present the essence of Wangchuan and Wangye culture, including five major theme exhibitions: "Ocean Beliefs", "Thousand-year Tour", "Pingtung Tour", "Building Shenzhou" and "Donggang Welcoming the King". Through immersive experience, people can get a close look at the historical context of the Welcoming the King Ceremony, the stories of faith, and the exquisite craftsmanship of the traditional wooden Wangchuan.

As a cultural window of the Donggang King Welcoming Festival, the Cultural Center vividly displays the profound heritage of this important folk custom and incorporates interactive elements to allow visitors to experience the meaning of the festival more deeply. • Flash photography is prohibited in the venue
• It is prohibited to bring dangerous items (e.g. bottles, firecrackers, laser pointers) and items that may disturb other participants into the venue
• Pets are not allowed into the venue, except guide dogs with identification
• Smoking and drinking are prohibited
• The activity is suitable for infant and wheelchairs
• If found by the staff, you will be asked to leave immediately.
• To protect the safety of the exhibits, please do not wear roller skates or use skateboards or bicycles in the museum
