What to expect

The first museum in Asia to collect miniature art, you can admire more than 200 wonderful works by miniature art masters from all over the world, learn about the origin and development history of miniature art, travel through the time tunnel, visit major classic landmarks around the world, and experience unique exotic customs.

When the curator Lin Wenren and his wife visited Amsterdam, they were attracted by the exquisite miniature artworks. After that, they began to collect various miniature artworks, and the current museum was established. Walking into the pocket museum is like stepping into a time tunnel. The exhibits, such as Tudor buildings and Victorian mansions, look small and beautiful, and the images are lifelike, which is definitely worth seeing.

The art of miniatures originated from the German court nobility in the 16th century and has spread throughout Europe and North America. These small works of art, ranging from buildings to keys on desks, are all made in strict accordance with a certain reduction ratio, with 12:1 being the mainstream in the world.

The Miniature Museum has collected works of miniature art masters from all over the world. It has a world-ranking collection. After the all-encompassing miniature masterpieces are combined and arranged, there are currently more than 200 theme works on display, mainly including the dollhouse that presents the interior and exterior layout of the entire building, the dream box (Roombox) with exquisite portrayals of various rooms, and interesting and creative theme works.
