Taipei Zoo Ticket Adult
1. Smoking is prohibited throughout the park (violators may be fined ¥10,000 starting from July 11, 2009)
No pets or inflatable balloons are allowed in the park.

Do not climb the fence to enter the animal exhibits.

11. We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes when visiting the park. To prevent sun exposure and mosquito bites, please bring your own insect repellent.
The use of flash photography is prohibited at indoor display areas such as the Giant Panda House (Xinguang Special Exhibit House), the Koala House, the Amphibian and Reptile House, and the Habitat Corridors.
Maokong Gondola 1-Day Fun Pass Standard
※During special festivals, large-scale events, seasonal weather conditions, or other special circumstances, the Maokong Gondola may adjust its operating hours flexibly. Please check the latest information on the Maokong Gondola website before your trip.
1. Before taking the cable car, assess your physical condition. Those with cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, or any physical discomfort should not ride the cable car.
2. Please follow the staff's guidance to queue for boarding. Do not enter or exit the train compartment randomly. When arriving at the station, disembark in order and do not linger on the platform after getting off.
3. The maximum capacity per cable car cabin is: 8 passengers for standard cabins, with a total weight not exceeding 640 kg; 5 passengers for the Crystal Cabin (Cat's Eye), with a total weight not exceeding 400 kg. Please distribute weight evenly by sitting on both sides of the cabin.
4. When taking the cable car to the terminal station (Zoo Station or MaoKong Station), you must disembark and exit. To continue riding the cable car, please purchase a new ticket.
Please give priority to elderly and passengers with reduced mobility.
6. The cable car moves slowly at the platform. Please do not interfere with its operation when boarding or alighting.
7. Do not stand, jump, or swing the cable car while it is in motion.
8. Seniors, young children, and passengers requiring assistance must be accompanied by a companion.
9. When using vehicles such as strollers, wheelchairs, and electric scooters, the vehicle dimensions must not exceed 140 cm in length, 70 cm in width, and 170 cm in height. The vehicle must also be able to remain stationary and secured inside the cable car to prevent hazards during cabin movement.
Passengers using strollers, wheelchairs, or electric mobility scooters should follow station staff guidance when entering/exiting train cars.
11. When lightning occurs in the operational route area, the cable car will suspend service. Please follow the staff's instructions for evacuation.
12. If there are passengers with mobility difficulties or wheelchairs, the system will appropriately reduce speed or briefly stop to facilitate boarding and alighting. Please do not be alarmed.
