What to expect
Located in Sanyi Township, Miaoli County, Zhuoye Cottage Resort has been under construction for ten years. Every brick and tile is woven with Taiwanese farming traditions to cultivate this forest. Here, you can enjoy flowers, fireflies, and the fun of indigo dyeing. With its barn-style guesthouse nestled along winding paths, vibrant flowers, and creative, casual cuisine, every corner of Zhuoye Cottage is filled with surprises and joy!
Walk into the quiet trail, feel the fragrance of nature, and see many small animals!
April every year is the season for fireflies to appear. The valley is full of fireflies, and only Zhuoye Hut can see them!
In addition to fireflies, the park also grows a variety of flowers and plants, each season blooming with different beauty!

Zhuoye's butterfly season is around July and August every year. Purple-spotted butterflies, birch-spotted butterflies, silk-spotted butterflies, blue-spotted butterflies, and blue-banded swallowtail butterflies are common sights in the butterfly parties that fill the mountains and valleys. Their dancing adds a touch of stunning beauty to the park!
There is a vegetarian restaurant planned by the owner of Zhuoye Cottage within the park. Every dish is made from local ingredients. The dishes are very creative and even meat lovers will like them!
