- The museum offers guided tours during four daily reserved time slots: 10:00–11:00 AM, 11:00 AM–12:00 PM, 2:00–3:00 PM, and 3:00–4:00 PM
- Guests must join during these designated times for guided tours
- Group tours require advance booking within the same four reserved time slots
- The estimated tour duration is 30–40 minutes, with an additional 10–15 minutes reserved for Q&A at the end. 3
- Concession tickets are applicable to children aged 7–12, students with a valid student ID, seniors aged 65 and above, and guests with disability certificates (including one accompanying person)
- Free admission is granted to Wufeng residents and children under 7 years old. 4
- Guests are advised to monitor the movements of seniors and children within the premises. 5
- Eating and drinking are prohibited in the museum, except for special physiological needs (such as low blood sugar)

2. On-site ticket purchase location: 6th floor of the main venue at Wufeng Xiangrui University Hall, ticket purchase for visiting guests at the re-entry point
3. The promo code will expire on the same day and become invalid immediately the next day; there is no limit to the number of people entering the main building daily; lost or improperly corrected promo codes, requests to book promo codes, or incorrect purchase confirmations.
4. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the main building, except for special medical needs (such as hypoglycemia). Self-service is not required in non-main buildings.
