What to expect

Xpark is Taiwan's first next-generation urban aquatic park. It faithfully recreates the diverse habitats of Earth's creatures through a seamless fusion of spatial design and cutting-edge technology. In meticulously controlled environments where temperature, humidity, scent, and sound are precisely calculated, immersive 360° visual displays extend from ceiling to floor and into the aquariums, creating a powerful, all-encompassing experience.

Visitors feel as if they are truly immersed in the experience, engaging all five senses in authentic settings. The stars are the creatures living there—those that have evolved with environmental changes. The wonder of these creatures is highlighted through environmental storytelling that showcases their charm from various angles. Xpark fulfills humanity's endless "thirst for knowledge and joy of discovery," standing as one of the world's premier edutainment facilities.

"Xcafe by PRONTO" is Taiwan's first collaboration between Xpark and Japan's renowned coffee chain "PRONTO corporation." At Xcafe, you can enjoy meals while observing penguins that appear to be flying through the air. The café features specially crafted latte art with penguin-themed designs and offers visually appealing dishes, fully showcasing Xpark's unique charm through this coffee restaurant experience.

Things to note

• Please refer to the on-site announcement or contact the on-site staff
• Admission time: The recommended visiting time is two hours, and the last admission time is one hour before closing
• Parking fee: Taoyuan Landmark Plaza Parking Lot: NT$30 for half an hour on weekdays and holidays

• Children under 4 years old accompanied by their parents can enter for free.
• One Adult Ticket can be used to deduct one hour
• Use the payment machine at the parking lot and scan the QR code on the ticket to deduct the fee.
• In order to accommodate the natural ecological habits of the animals, certain areas in the museum are not open at all times
• For same-day tickets sold on site, if unused tickets exceed the reservation time due to special reasons, a handling fee of 15% of the actual sales price will be charged for each ticket.
• If the exhibition area is affected by renovation, construction or major special accidents, the Museum may close some areas as needed.
• You will not be able to request a refund or compensation for any reason.
• If you are unable to enter on time due to lateness, please follow the relevant regulations of each venue

Terms & conditions

1. Please present your ID for verification when purchasing tickets at the ticket office. Bring your ID for inspection before entry. Those unable to provide valid ID will need to repurchase tickets as adult tickets.
Children under 4 years old can enjoy free admission when accompanied by a parent.
3. Some exhibition areas and activities within the museum require an additional fee. For more information, please refer to the official website or consult on-site staff.
For same-day tickets purchased on-site that remain unused due to special circumstances after the reserved time, a service fee of 15% of the actual selling price will be charged for each ticket refund.
5. Validity period: Please visit according to the selected date and time slot.
6. Entry time: The recommended visit duration is two hours. Last entry is one hour before closing. In case of special circumstances, please refer to the official website or fan page announcements.
7. Parking fee: Taoyuan Landmark Square parking lot: Flat rate of $30 per half hour on both weekdays and weekends. One adult ticket can be used to offset one hour of parking (non-cumulative, one voucher per vehicle). To redeem, operate the payment machine in the parking lot and scan the ticket QR code.
9. In the event of renovation, construction, or major incidents affecting exhibition areas, the museum reserves the right to close certain sections as needed.
10. If you are late and cannot enter on time, please follow the relevant regulations of each venue. Refunds or compensation cannot be requested for any reason.
11. To align with the animals' natural habits, certain areas of the facility may not be open at all times. Please check on-site notices or consult staff for details.
