What to expect
During the Pokémon Discovery Mission, you’ll receive a mission guide and set off on an adventure through Osaka Station City and Umekita. As you explore, you’ll solve puzzles, follow clues, and discover Pokémon hidden around the area. Along the way, enjoy themed decorations, fun photo opportunities, and the chance to experience the city from a whole new perspective. Once you complete the mission, you’ll unlock a sense of achievement—and in some cases, even a small reward to mark your Pokémon journey.

Things to note
- The mission takes place within Osaka Station City & Umekita – please be prepared for walking.
- Some activities may only be available in Japanese.
- Children should be accompanied by an adult.
- Recommended to bring comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
- The event may include limited-time displays or Pokémon characters (subject to change).

- Approx. 70–150 min
- No cancellations, refunds, or changes are accepted. Please use within the validity period.
- Refunds will only be issued if the activity is canceled by the organizer due to reasons such as weather. Date changes or transfers are not available.
- Each user can purchase a maximum of 8 tickets per route.

- Participants under 18 must obtain parental/guardian consent to join.
- Elementary school students and younger children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above (one adult can accompany up to two elementary school students).
- Please arrive before the validity period marked on the ticket. If you are late, you can still check in on the same day, but you may need to wait. The start time may also be delayed depending on the situation.
- The activity may be temporarily suspended or stopped due to weather conditions, maintenance, or other reasons without prior notice.
- Decorations and activity details may change without prior notice.
- To prevent accidents and maintain order, please follow the instructions of on-site staff. Failure to comply may result in denied participation.
- If you bring pets, guide dogs, assistance dogs, or hearing dogs, you may not be allowed to enter certain malls or stores.
- Participants in poor health, intoxicated, or behaving inappropriately will not be accepted.
- Members of organized crime groups or anti-social organizations are prohibited from participating.
- Resale of tickets is prohibited. Tickets purchased through resale will not be valid for the activity, and the organizer assumes no responsibility. ID verification may be required when necessary.
- Example of ID documents: Driver's license, health insurance card, student ID, passport, individual number card, or other documents that can verify name/age.
- Important notes for participation
- When taking photos or videos, please be mindful not to disturb other guests. The use of lighting equipment, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, or other auxiliary devices is prohibited.
- Do not disclose the contents of the activity package.
- · The organizers, co-organizers, sponsors, and related personnel shall not be liable for any deaths, injuries, accidents, losses, or disputes that occur during participation.
- This activity is not sponsored or co-sponsored by West Japan Railway Company (JR West), Grand Front Osaka TMO General Incorporated Association, or Umekita MMO General Incorporated Association. The relevant facility management parties are not responsible for the content and operation of the activity.
- During the activity, please follow the facility's rules and etiquette. Violations may result in being asked to leave.
- For all inquiries regarding this activity, please contact the organizer "Pokémon Search Operation Office." Do not contact the facility directly.
- · The activity may be interrupted or canceled due to force majeure, and the organizer will not be liable for compensation of transportation fees or other expenses related to participation.
- Please keep your valuables properly secured. The organizer will not be responsible for any loss or theft.
- During the activity, interviews or filming may be conducted without prior notice.
