What to expect

Chengmei Cultural Park is located in Yongjing Township, Changhua County, Taiwan. It is a comprehensive garden that combines history, culture, and sightseeing and leisure. The park has a century-old house "Chengmei Hall", which inherits the spirit of Confucius and Mencius. It is a window to understand the migration history of ancestors and the architectural skills of Fujian Hakka. In the ingenious "He Garden", natural picture frames, white sand and green pines, dry landscapes, waterfalls and pools complement each other, making people feel as if they are in the Taiwanese version of Kenrokuen or Korakuen. In addition, there are 550-year-old red sandalwood and 220-year-old Japanese black pine and other treasures of the park. The century-old trees are deep and overlapping, adding a strong natural charm. Chengmei Cultural Park not only displays rich natural landscapes, but also inherits and carries forward the essence of local humanities through cultural exhibitions and traditional folk activities, becoming an important place for tourists to understand Taiwan's culture and history.

Things to note

• Please do not wear roller skates, use skateboards, bicycles, bring any prohibited or dangerous items, or eat outside food into the park
• To maintain the quality of the visit, please abide by the park's regulations
• Pets must be placed in a stroller, carrier or bag when entering the park (except guide dogs)
• Those who do not abide by the regulations may be refused entry
• If you use drones without approval and cause losses to the park, you will be required to pay compensation according to the price.
• If any damage or destruction of facilities or exhibits is caused by failure to strictly comply with the above regulations, the park reserves the right to seek compensation
• The use of drones is prohibited in the entire park

• If the visiting area is affected by renovation, construction or major special accidents, the Park may close some areas as necessary.
• Please do not touch the buildings/exhibits/plants, trample on the grass, eat, smoke, chew betel nuts or chewing gum, lie down on the chairs, sit on the ground, throw away paper scraps or other debris, or play any gambling games.
• Please do not chase, play, talk or laugh loudly, use loudspeakers or behave in a manner that may affect other visitors.
