• Versailles is very popular, especially in summer, so booking tickets in advance and arriving early helps avoid long waits.
• On certain days, the gardens feature special musical fountain shows, adding extra charm to the visit.

Terms & conditions

• The audioguide is a phone app; child pricing is lower as kids may not have phones. If you can’t or prefer not to use your phone, you can buy an audioguide at Versailles. For safety reasons, children under 6 are not allowed—please do not bring them on the day of the tour.
• There is an 8-minute walk from the meeting point to the bus. If the bus is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Please check in at the time stated on your voucher; late arrivals may miss Palace entry and rescheduling fees will apply.
• The Palace gardens are free from November to March (closing at 17:30); no tickets are needed and prices are adjusted. Note: there are no musical or fountain shows in this period.
• There are no restrooms on the bus.
• Unfortunately, the bus is not fully accessible for wheelchair users.
