- Cancellation Policy: All tickets are non-refundable. Tickets Conditions and Riders Requirement Tickets are valid for a single Skyflyers ride (“ride”) only
- Guests must book a timeslot in advance and may participate only during the reserved date and time
- Riders must have a minimum height of 120 cm. Riders under 140 cm. must be accompanied by a responsible paying adult. Riders with certain medical conditions, including those with back, neck, or heart problems, high blood pressure, asthma, panic disorder, person with a disability, children with special needs, and pregnant individuals, are prohibited
- For safety reasons, underweight riders or those who can't be properly secured by the safety restraint will not be permitted to ride. Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced or refunded

- ACCESSIBILITY Skyflyers is a high-altitude and high-speed attraction that carries inherent risks due to sudden movements, rapid elevation changes, wind-induced rotation, and other unpredictable hazards
- The ride may reach heights of over 100 meters, with strong wind effects, and may cause intense physical sensations such as elevated heart rate, body pressure, or vertigo
- Serious injuries may occur and could result in injury or death, including but not limited to dizziness, vertigo, motion sickness, fainting, muscle strain, cuts and bruises, falls, fractures, sprains, whiplash, abrasions, concussion, heart attack, heat exhaustion, or permanent disability
- Therefore, this ride may not be suitable for all guests. 2
- RIDER QUALIFICATIONS 2.1 Minimum height 120 cm. 2.2 Riders under 140 cm must be accompanied by a responsible paying adult. 2.3 Riders with Heart or cardiovascular issues, neck, back, or spinal problems, high blood pressure, asthma or respiratory concerns, motion sickness, vertigo, panic disorder, pregnancy, or recent surgery, injury, or mobility limitation preventing proper restraint use are not permitted. 2.4 Riders under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed. 2.5 Riders who cannot be properly secured by the safety lock will not be allowed to ride. 3
- RIDER SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 3.1 No mobile phones, cameras, hats, glasses or pets allowed on the ride. 3.2 Loose items must be stored in lockers or with a non-rider. 3.3 Empty all pockets before boarding. 3.4 Follow staff instructions at all times. 3.5 Failure to comply with the ride rules and regulations including staff instructions will result in denied entry or removal without refund. 4
- GENERAL PARK RULES 4.1 No running, jumping, climbing, or rough behavior 4.2 Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times 4.3 No smoking, vaping, or open flames 4.4 No scooters, skateboards, or bicycles inside 4.5 AARC reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone posing a safety risk. 5
- TICKETS & CANCELLATION 5.1 Each ticket is valid for one (1) SkyFlyers ride on the specified date and time only. 5.2 Advance timeslot booking required 5.3 Operating Hours: Monday – Sunday: 13:00 – 22:00 Remarks: Operating hours are subject to change without prior notice. 5.4 Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced or refunded. 5.5 Tickets are non-refundable and not freely transferable
- If a ticket needs to be transferred, the rider must contact the admission crew to complete and sign the waiver form before riding

Serious injuries may occur and could result in injury or death, including but not limited to dizziness, vertigo, motion sickness, fainting, muscle strain, cuts and bruises, falls, fractures, sprains, whiplash, abrasions, concussion, heart attack, heat exhaustion, or permanent disability. Therefore, this ride may not be suitable for all guests.</li>

General
- Tickets shall not be used for giveaway or promotional purposes, unless approved in writing by AARC.
- Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability By getting on the ride, guests acknowledge and agree that guests do so at their own risk. Guests assume full responsibility for any personal injury, loss of life, property damage, or other losses that may occur during their visit, including but not limited to those arising from interaction with attractions, animals, productions, animatronics, rides, plays or other guests, etc. Guests agree to indemnify and keep AARC indemnified against all claims, suits, actions or demands which may be brought in respect of any injury or other loss sustained by guests and/or anyone participating in the ride and agree to exonerate AARC from all responsibility and form all loss or injury to any person due to alleged liability or otherwise.
- AARC (including its affiliates, directors, staff and/or representative), shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses incurred during the ride. By riding, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.
- The ride venue and premises are under CCTV surveillance for safety and security.
- Guests consent to the filming or recording and use of guests’ image, photograph, video and/or other recording by AARC or its appointed vendor for marketing and promotional purposes.
- AARC reserves the right to dismiss guests with unruly or disruptive behavior, from the ride.
- Any personal data collected by AARC, its partners or vendors at the ride shall be in accordance with the Experience Promoter's Privacy Policy https://www.globaltix.com/privacy-policy/
- Strictly no outside food or beverages are permitted at the ride.
- Prohibited Items: The following items are not allowed on the ride:
Loose Articles: No cell phones, glasses, sunglasses, hats, or other loose articles are permitted on the ride. Pockets must be empty.
Footwear: Riders may be required to remove loose footwear before boarding the ride.
Food and Beverages are not allowed on the ride.
Weapons, items resembling weapons, and anything that could be used as a weapon are strictly forbidden.
Drones and Mobility Equipment: Drones and motorized or wheeled mobility equipment like skate-scooters, in-line skates, rollerblades, bicycles, and Segways (unless used as an ADA mobility device) are not permitted at the ride station. - Health Warning - Riders with certain medical conditions, including those with back, neck, or heart problems, and pregnant individuals, are prohibited on the ride.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicants are not permitted to ride.
