What to expect

Your day begins with a morning meeting at the Sapporo Station North Exit Group Bus Stop, where you will meet the guide holding a yellow GOGODAY flag. After departure, the tour heads toward Noboribetsu, one of Hokkaido’s most famous hot spring regions. Here you can admire the unique volcanic landscape and experience the atmosphere of this geothermal area.

Next, travel to Lake Toya, a stunning caldera lake known for its crystal-clear waters and surrounding mountains. You’ll have around two hours to explore the lakeside area at your own pace and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, the tour continues to Otaru, a historic port town famous for its canal, old warehouses, and charming streets. Spend time walking along the canal, browsing shops, or enjoying local cuisine before the return journey to Sapporo.

Ticket Eligibility

• A minimum of 4 participants is required for the tour to operate. If the minimum is not reached, the tour will be canceled and guests will be notified by email at least 4 days before departure.

• This tour is not recommended for guests with serious medical conditions, including heart disease or other major health issues.

• Guests should ensure they are physically fit to participate in a full-day tour.

Attraction Access

• This is a shared group tour; participants must follow the scheduled stop durations and comply with the driver’s instructions.

• Guests who leave the group without authorization will be considered to have voluntarily withdrawn, and the booking will be invalid and non-refundable.

• Parking outside designated areas is not permitted.

Additional Information

• Arrival times at attractions may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, or crowd levels.

• If the group size is small, the driver may also act as the tour guide.

• This tour uses shared transportation, and other travelers may join the same vehicle.

Important Notes

• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will not be able to join the tour.

• No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, personal cancellations, or failure to participate.

• In the event of severe weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, the operator will decide by 18:00 (local time) one day before departure whether the tour will proceed, and guests will be notified via email.

• According to Japanese law, drivers may work a maximum of 10 hours; therefore, the itinerary may be adjusted if necessary, including shortening sightseeing time or canceling attractions. These adjustments are not eligible for refunds.
