How to use

What to expect

Your journey begins at the north exit of Sapporo Station, where you will meet the guide holding a yellow GOGODAY flag. After departure, travel comfortably through the scenic Hokkaido countryside toward Asahiyama Zoo.

At the zoo, you will have around two hours to explore and observe animals in specially designed habitats that bring visitors closer to wildlife. During this time, you can also enjoy lunch at your own pace inside the zoo.

After the zoo visit, the tour continues to the beautiful Biei and Furano areas. Depending on the season, you may see famous landmarks such as the Ken & Merry Tree or visit Shikisai-no-Oka, which becomes a snow park during winter. The itinerary also includes a relaxing stop at the magical forest village of Ningle Terrace, along with a complimentary hot drink at the Herb Garden before returning to Sapporo in the evening.

Things to note

• Meeting point is the group bus stop at the north exit of Sapporo Station
• Asahiyama Zoo visit duration is approximately 2 hours
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure; late arrivals cannot join
• Lunch during the zoo visit is not included
• Some attractions may change depending on weather or seasonal conditions
• Ningle Terrace may be replaced with Furano Winery if closed
• The tour ends at Sapporo Station North Exit in the evening

Ticket Eligibility

• A minimum of 4 participants is required for the tour to operate. If the minimum is not met, the tour will be canceled and guests will be notified by email at least 4 days before departure.

• This tour is not recommended for guests with serious health conditions, including heart disease or other major medical conditions.

• Guests should ensure they are physically fit to participate in a full-day tour.

Attraction Access

• This is a shared group tour; participants must follow the allocated stop durations and comply with the driver’s instructions.

• Guests leaving the group without authorization will be considered to have voluntarily withdrawn from the tour and will not be eligible for refunds.

• Parking outside designated areas is not permitted.

Additional Information

• Arrival times at attractions may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, or holiday crowds.

• If the group size is small, the driver may also act as the tour leader.

• The tour operates with shared transportation and other travelers may join the same vehicle.

Important Notes

• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will not be able to join the tour.

• No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, personal cancellations, or failure to participate.

• In case of severe weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, the operator will decide whether to cancel the tour by 18:00 (local time) one day before departure, and guests will be notified via email.

• According to Japanese law, drivers may work a maximum of 10 hours; therefore, the itinerary may be adjusted if necessary, including shortening sightseeing time or canceling attractions. These adjustments are not eligible for refunds.
