• Photography is generally permitted, but flash may be restricted inside the exhibition halls.

• Children below the age of 13 are not permitted to enter the exhibition without an adult companion.
• The average experience time is approximately 90 minutes.
• Last admission at 10:00 PM (Mon - Thu) or at 11:00 PM (Fri - Sun and holidays)
• There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
• Pets are not allowed in Arte Museum Dubai.
• Re-entry is not permitted.
• The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
• Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks outside into the Museum.
