After the ticket exchange, board the ship with the paper ticket.
✨Daytime Cruise (11am-5pm. The cruise takes 45 minutes)：
Time: For example, if you want to take a cruise at 11 o'clock in the morning, it is recommended that you go to pick up your tickets at least 10:15 (Because you need to reserve queuing time), and the boat will start checking tickets 15 minutes before departure;
⚠️Specially: for cruises after 15:00, it is also recommended that you arrive at the wharf before 15:00 in the afternoon to exchange tickets. You may not be able to exchange tickets if you arrive at the wharf after 15:00.

Departure Time:Night cruises after 18:00. As cruise schedules vary from day to day, the exact departure time is subject to the operator's SMS notification on the day of the cruise.
Your cruise boarding time is subject to your actual arrival at the ticket‑exchange counter. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your cruise departure.

- Special circumstances: The sailing schedule may be adjusted due to tides/government orders.
- Peak hours: This project is a landmark tourist project in Shanghai. During peak hours such as holidays, it takes 30 minutes or more to queue up for boarding. The ticket check time is 15 minutes before the departure of the ship, but it is recommended to queue up earlier after exchanging tickets; The whole voyage takes about 45 minutes, and the ship departs every half an hour.
- Weather cancellation: If the ship is cancelled, please apply for a refund at the ticket office immediately. No refund will be given for changes in personal itinerary.
