• Ticket valid on selected date only
• Non-transferrable and non-refundable.
• Child ticket is applicable to 3-11 years old
• Adult ticket is required for 12 - 59 years old
• Senior ticket is for 60 years old and above
• This offer is only available to tourists visiting Hong Kong (“Eligible Guests”).
• Eligible Guest may not amend the validity date selected and other details of the Offer Ticket and Pass after the purchase.
• This offer is not applicable to Senior Tickets or other ticket types or purchase via other sales channels or locations other than the Designated Sales Channels.
• Guests could log onto the Park Visit Reservation website using the details of the park tickets or vouchers they have on hand, before visiting the park.
• These Promotional Product must be redeemed: For tickets reserved via the Reservation Web Site: at the Turnstile at the Main Entrance of the Park prior to admission. 
• HKITP reserves the right at any time, upon prior written notice, to amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate Travel Provider’s entitlement under this Promotion.  In particular, if HKITP determines that the Promotional Products are being used for any purpose other than that specified in these terms and conditions, then HKITP shall have the right to terminate Travel Provider’s entitlement under this Promotion and charge the rates set out in the Travel Provider Agreement to Travel Provider.  In addition, if Travel Provider fails to perform any of its obligations under these terms and conditions, HKITP shall have the right (but not obligation) to perform any or all of those obligations and to recover the cost of doing so from Travel Provider.
• Except as otherwise expressly provided in these terms and conditions, Promotional Products reserved by Travel Provider under this Promotion are provided subject to the terms and conditions of the Travel Provider Agreement entered into between Travel Provider and HKITP and nothing contained herein shall be deemed to modify or affect the rights and obligations of either Travel Provider or HKITP under the Travel Provider Agreement. All capitalized terms that are used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Travel Provider Agreement.
• In the event of any dispute in relation to this Promotion (including without limitation any dispute as to whether or not Travel Provider is entitled to the special rates for the Discounted Tickets under this Promotion), the dispute shall be determined by HKITP and the determination of HKITP shall be final and conclusive.
• Where HKITP has the right to do or determine any matter or thing under this Promotion, HKITP shall be entitled to exercise such right or make such determination in its sole and absolute discretion.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
