- Baby stroller rental is available for 2,000 KRW at the 2nd Floor Brick Planet Entrance and can be used for up to 4 hours; an additional 1,000 KRW will be charged for every 30 minutes beyond the rental period
- Wheelchairs and strollers are for use only inside the Aqua Planet building and cannot be taken outside, including the parking area
- Baby strollers are suitable for infants under 36 months only and are subject to availability
- Lockers are located in front of the 1st Floor elevator and cost 1,500 KRW for a small locker and 2,000 KRW for a large locker
- The Aqua and The Jungle zones are indoors, while The Sky Farm is an outdoor exhibit and may be closed during bad weather
