- Ticket Eligibility All bookings require a minimum of 2 participants
- Solo travellers are welcome — a transport surcharge will apply depending on the pickup location selected at booking
- Minimum age to participate in any activity — whether as a rider, passenger, or tubing participant — is 6 years old
- Maximum age for all activities is 65 years old
- Zipline, Jungle Swing & Sky Bike: Children must weigh a minimum of 40 kg
- Adults must weigh no more than 100 kg to participate in these aerial activities
- ATV Quad Biking: Guests aged 16 and above may drive independently
- Children aged 6–15 may only participate as tandem passengers and must be accompanied by a guardian
- Pregnant guests are strictly prohibited from participating in all activities — Zipline, Jungle Swing, Sky Bike, and ATV — regardless of the stage of pregnancy
- Attraction Access All hotel transfers are fully private — guests will not share a vehicle with other groups
- Standard vehicles accommodate a maximum of 5 passengers per car
- Groups larger than 5 passengers should contact the operator via WhatsApp in advance to arrange suitable transportation for the full group on the activity date

- If combined weight exceeds 120 kg, individual Single ATV bookings are strongly recommended for safety and performance
- Single ATV bookings are recommended for heavier rider combinations to ensure optimal balance, braking distance, engine performance, and stability on steep or muddy off-road terrain
- Children participating in the ATV activity must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times, including during the pre-activity safety briefing
- By completing a booking, guests confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions for each activity included in their package
