Jjimjilbang is a traditional Korean therapeutic sauna bathhouse featuring alternating hot baths with cold baths and dry sauna rooms using various special ingredients to detoxify the body, relax, and heal. Originating from the Joseon era (around the late 14th to early 19th century) with water systems sourced from natural mineral springs, traditional Jjimjilbang was initially considered a secret remedy for healing, wellness, and beauty among the upper class. The modern Jjimjilbang model began to develop from the 1990s in Busan. Since then, Jjimjilbang has become a new mainstream cultural feature, a must-try experience when visiting Korea.

Aquafield Nha Trang boasts a total of 8 therapy rooms with 8 entirely distinct concepts, featuring temperatures ranging from 5 to 90 degrees Celsius and humidity levels from 10 to 70%, offering a diverse range of experiences with different efficacies tailored to each client’s needs.
VIETNAM’S FIRST ARTIFICIAL SNOW ROOM
The Snow Room is a unique space where you can experience the coolness of a white winter in Korea right here in Vietnam, a tropical country. Treatments here help improve inflammation and reduce fatigue and tension by cooling down muscles that have been overheated due to vigorous activity, thereby preventing chronic injuries, stimulating blood circulation, and tightening pores.
CYPRESS WOOD ROOM
The timber used in this room is all from the core wood of mature Hinoki trees imported from Fukuoka province, Japan. In traditional medicine, Hinoki wood essential oil is used to treat skin issues, allergies, providing a very soothing sensation. The scent of the wood diffused in the negative ion environment aids in treating respiratory issues such as asthma, pulmonary congestion, etc. Recently, researchers have also discovered compounds in Hinoki wood capable of inhibiting cancer cells.
CLOUD MIST ROOM
The Cloud Mist Room provides relaxation, deeply moisturizes the skin, and improves respiratory health. The delicate fragrance and the tranquil melodies of meditation music will bring relaxation and comfort akin to a heavenly realm.
HIMALAYAN SALT ROOM
The Himalayan Salt Room is constructed with salt directly imported from the Himalayas, rich in minerals that penetrate the body and rejuvenate cells. The salt helps alleviate allergy and asthma symptoms, soften the skin, and combat aging.
BULGAMA ROOM
The Bulgama Room utilizes high-quality, pliable red clay tiles with far-infrared rays to detoxify the body, reduce inflammation, and prevent cancer. Additionally, red clay is known to support subdermal blood circulation, soothe irritated and itchy skin areas, and aid in slimming by reducing fat.
CHARCOAL ROOM
Charcoal aids in neutralizing acidified organs in the body and generates negative ions to promote health recovery, detoxification, blood circulation, prevention of skin allergies, and body purification.
EARTH ENERGY ROOM
This room utilizes renowned earth energy from the Goryeong-gun mountains in Gyeongsangbuk-do province, South Korea. Far-infrared rays emitted by the earth energy stabilize brain waves, relax the body and mind, and provide immediate pain relief. Additionally, earth energy has purifying and antibacterial effects on the body, promoting skin beauty.
