- By purchasing a ticket to the Ramayana Ballet Purawisata performance, the audience is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following terms and conditions: 1
- Ticket Purchase Tickets can only be purchased through official Ramayana Ballet Purawisata channels (official website, official ticket counter, or authorized sales partners)
- Each ticket has a unique code that is valid for one person and one-time entry only
- Please ensure that all booking details (name, performance date, number of tickets, etc.) are correct before making payment. 2
- Ticket Usage Audience members must bring an e-ticket or physical ticket to be presented to staff at the entrance
- The organizer reserves the right to deny entry if the ticket is invalid, damaged, or has been previously used
- Audience members are expected to arrive at least 30 minutes before the show begins
- Late arrivals may result in missing part of the performance without any compensation. 3
- Cancellation Policy Cancellation by the Audience: Tickets already purchased may be canceled by the audience up to 7 days before the performance date
- Cancellations by the audience will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total cost
- Cancellation by the Organizer: If the performance is canceled by the organizer (for example, due to extreme weather, emergencies, or government regulations), the audience is entitled to choose between a full refund or rescheduling. 4
- Refund Policy Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days after the request has been received and verified
- The amount refunded will be 75% of the total cost. 5
- Reschedule Policy The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, performance lineup, or venue, with prior notice to the audience
- Tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date or can be exchanged for a refund in accordance with the policy above. 6
- Other Terms It is strictly prohibited to bring food, drinks, sharp objects, or dangerous items into the performance area
- Photography or video recording during the performance is subject to the organizer’s policy
- Any violation of the rules may result in the audience being asked to leave the venue without a refund

- Penggunaan Tiket Penonton wajib membawa e-ticket atau tiket fisik untuk ditunjukkan kepada petugas di area masuk
- Pihak penyelenggara berhak menolak masuknya penonton apabila tiket tidak sah, rusak, atau telah digunakan sebelumnya
- Penonton diharapkan datang minimal 30 menit sebelum pertunjukan dimulai

- Kebijakan Pembatalan (Cancellation Policy) Pembatalan oleh Penonton: Tiket yang sudah dibeli dapat dibatalkan oleh penonton sampai H-7 sebelum pertunjukan Pembatalan oleh penonton akan dikenakan biaya sebesar 25% dari total biaya Pembatalan oleh Penyelenggara: Jika pertunjukan dibatalkan oleh pihak penyelenggara (misalnya karena kondisi cuaca ekstrem, keadaan darurat, atau kebijakan pemerintah), penonton berhak mendapatkan pilihan antara refund penuh atau penjadwalan ulang. 4
- Kebijakan Pengembalian Dana (Refund Policy) Proses refund dilakukan dalam waktu maksimal 14 hari kerja setelah pengajuan diterima dan diverifikasi
