- The important details we need is: Leader Full Name, Hotel Name and Address, Room Number (If available) and your WhatsApp or Indonesian Number (for easier on communicate before pick up)
- If the booking form is doesn’t work please call or WhatsApp
- Payment by Visa/Master Card with 3% extra charge available with online method
- Cancellation will be 100% Charge (No Refundable) but possible only reschedule
- No show fee of 100% from total price will be charged if it is not present on the confirm date
- For reschedule the date have to info us 24 hours in advance if Reschedule less than 24 hours will not accept
- The tour will be assisted by an English speaking instructor guide
- Notes that those rates only applicable for mentioned above areas.
- For pick up time in other locations, you may charge an additional fee, depend on your current location.
- Other areas please consult with our reservation staff for picking up time in other locations.
- Participant 13+ Years Old are Allowed to do the Buggy UTV Single Ride
- Children 7 – 12 Years Old are Allowed to do the Buggy UTV Tandem Ride, possible as Passenger
- Adults above 65 Years Old are Not Allowed to do the ATV Ride
- Reasonable and fair price and that means no hidden charges
- Online Payment either in USD, Rupiah or other currencies based on the latest exchange rates
- Not recommended for travelers with back problems
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Insurance coverage is only valid for participants ranging from 7 years to 65 years.

- Our operates under all normal weather conditions which also includes rain if the participant want to cancel The tour at the location because of the rain, there will be no refund. An exception is extremely bad weather or condition (landslide, thunder, and flood)
