- Aircraft Capacity: One passenger per flight
- Weather-Dependent: Flights may be canceled due to weather conditions; rescheduling or refunds are available
- Minimum Age: 12 years old with parental consent; must be able to follow instructions and get in/out of the aircraft unassisted

- Pregnancy: If you are pregnant for 3 months or more on the day of your flight, you are not permitted to fly
- Scuba Diving: You should not scuba dive within 24 hours before the date of your flight
- Medical Fitness: All passengers must self-certify that they are medically fit to undertake the activity
- Pilot’s Discretion: The pilot in charge has the absolute discretion to refuse to permit any person if they may pose a danger to the flight
- This includes individuals who fail to follow safety instructions or are physically unable to perform safety protocols (e.g., brace position)
- Children Requirements: Minimum height: 135 cm (Children must be tall enough to see over the top of the basket)
- Minimum age: 6 years old. 11–16 years old: Must be accompanied by a person over 16 years old
- Weight Limit: Adult weight limit: 130 kg
- If a passenger exceeds 130 kg, please inquire prior to booking due to maximum lift capacity
- Mobile Phones: Phones must be on flight mode during the flight
- Phone cameras are allowed during the flight
- Balloon Flights Availability: Available 7 days a week from October 1st – May 31st (ballooning season)
- Weather-Dependent: Balloon flights are weather-dependent
- Action Flight reserves the right to cancel flights due to unsuitable weather conditions
- Activity Start Time: The activity start time refers to transfer pick-up times, which vary depending on sunset times and the emirate you are departing from
- Pick-Up Time Confirmation: Your pick-up time and location will be confirmed via phone call between 18:30 and 19:30 the evening before your flight
- Arrive 10 minutes earlier than the agreed pick-up time
