• The English language tour is available on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
• Please note that as a working palace, Qasr Al Watan's operating hours may vary every month without prior notice.
• We advise you to wear comfortable shoes and all guests must adhere to the local dress code requirements (modest clothing with shoulders and knees covered).
• We also recommend wearing sunblock, sunglasses, and a hat, especially during the summer months.
• Observe the mosque's dress code (details found on the website) https://www.szgmc.gov.ae/en/mosque-manner
• The provided pick-up time is approximate and may vary by 15-20 minutes due to external factors such as traffic or road closures.
• Note: Water will be loaded onto transport during Ramadan.
• Consumption by clients is managed by the Tour Guide at an appropriate place where it will cause least offence.
• It is not permitted for our clients to leave transport with the bottles in their hands whilst on the tour.

• Please note that this tour does not include pick-up and drop-off from hotels in Abu Dhabi. 
• Guests will need to arrange their own transportation to the first stop. (Louvre Museum at 11:00 AM) 
• No discounts are available. 
• The tour is subject to availability and requires a minimum number of guests.

• We also recommend wearing sunblock, sunglasses, and a hat, especially during the summer months.

• Please be ready in the hotel’s main lobby before the scheduled time and inform the Hotel Concierge that you are waiting for an Arabian Adventures Tour pick-up.

• Important Dress Code Information The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and Qasr Al Watan hold religious significance for all Muslims. 
• Guests are required to adhere strictly to the local dress code by wearing modest clothing that covers the shoulders and knees (male & female). 
• Transparent or tight-fitting attire is not permitted. Including images of cartoon characters on clothes are not deemed acceptable. 
• Arabian Adventures cannot be held responsible if entry is denied due to non-compliance with mosque/palace etiquette. 
• The English language tour is available on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

• Customer support is available from 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM UAE time. 
• Be in the lobby at least 15 minutes before your pick-up time. 
• Inform the hotel concierge that you are waiting for an Arabian Adventures Tour. 
• Present a valid voucher copy upon meeting your guide.
