• Keep in mind that Aquaventure closes at 05:30 pm, plan your day accordingly and take advantage of all the thrilling water rides and attractions available to you
• All children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above
• Atlantis Dubai reserves the right to deny entry if the guest selects an incorrect ticket type (adult or child).
• Exact operating hours can change without prior notice, please check the attraction's website for the most updated information
• During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety.

Terms & conditions

• Check-in: Guests must arrive at Shark Lagoon, Neptune Tower, at least 10 minutes before the reserved time.
• Park Hours: Aquaventure closes at 5:30 PM. Guests should plan their visit accordingly to maximize their experience.
• Age Requirement:
• Minimum participant age: 6 years old.
• Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+).
• Swimwear: Proper swimwear is required for participation.
• Restrictions:
• Pregnant guests cannot participate.
• Cameras, jewelry, hair accessories, or any loose items are not permitted in the water for the safety of marine animals. Professional photography services are available for purchase.
• Weather Policy: In case of severe weather conditions, the attraction may be temporarily closed for safety reasons. Refunds will not be provided for weather-related closures.
• Ticketing Policy: Atlantis Dubai reserves the right to deny entry if the guest selects an incorrect ticket type (adult/child).
