What to expect
Yona’s mission is to make people dream and to transcend through a unique setting and environment in a carefully designed oasis, where guests can indulge in great food and drinks, a-list dj’s, a 22-meter-long infinity pool, a wide variety of seating and lounging options, and a 360-degree ocean view.
At YONA, we are dedicated to making your arrival experience as seamless as possible. Upon arrival, our hostess team will welcome you with a warm greeting and assist you with the check-in process. After completing the check-in, our shuttle boats service is available every 20 minutes to bring you to Yona. The shuttle boat ride will take approximately 10 minutes and offers you a chance to take in the beautiful sea views while on your way to the beach club. Once you arrive, our team will be ready to assist you with anything you may need to ensure that you have a pleasant and enjoyable experience. When you are ready to depart, you can inform our team. Shuttle boats are available to ensure prompt transportation for our guests.

Things to note
- Day pass and ladies pass package doesn't guarantee seating.
- The beach club dress code is smart casual. Beer-branded tank tops, cut-off clothing, and athletic sportswear are not permitted.
- From 18th November 2024 to 20th April 2025 the check-in location will be at Patong Boat Pier.
- From 21st April 2025 to 9th November 2025 the check-in location will be at Royal Phuket Marina.
- Morning package (Minimum age 4 years old): 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM, with the last check-in at 12:00 PM. Guests must depart Yona by 2:00 PM.
- Afternoon package (Minimum age 20 years old): 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with the last check-in at 5:00 PM. Guests must depart Yona by 9:30 PM.
- Late arrivals will not be granted entry, and no refunds will be issued.
