Things to note
- Restriction: The minimum age for SUP is strictly 10 years old.
- Accessibility: Those under the age of 12 must be able to fit into a Personal Floatation Device (PFD).
- Restriction: Ability to swim is compulsory for all water-sports activities.
- Restriction: Weight limit for the SUP is 90kg.
- Accessibility: Lockers and shower facilities are available onsite.
Terms & conditions
Present QR code at ticketing counter to redeem
1. Ticket valid only as of day of stated use (unless otherwise stated).
2. Present this ticket upon arrival along with identification.
3. Please be punctual. Your time slot will be released if you are unable to show up within 15 minutes of stated booking time.
4. Please inform us at least 24 hours prior should you require a reschedule.
5. Activity will be rescheduled in the event of any unforeseeable circumstances such as bad weather or mechanical failure. No refunds will be issued.
6. This ticket is non-refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
