- Those who have purchased tickets must adhere to all rules at Wahoo Waterworld, and any negligence or failure to comply with rules will result in the visitor being responsible for any loss or injury
- Visitors starting from 80 cm tall must purchase tickets
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult
- Tickets are only valid for the specified date of purchase
- Tickets are only valid for the use of ride and pool facilities
- Separate charges apply for the use of tubes on the Lazy River and Wave Pool rides, Cabanas/Gazebos, Day Beds, Loungers, lockers, towels, food, and beverage services
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed in Wahoo Waterworld
- Wahoo Waterworld operates on a cashless payment system using wristbands for all transactions, including food, beverage, rentals, and more
- Wristband top-ups can be done at Sally Souvenir Shop, lockers, and Laguna Café
- After finishing activities at Wahoo Waterworld, visitors can return wristbands at Sally Souvenir Shop, and any remaining balance, including the deposit, will be refunded
- Wahoo Waterworld recommends using lockers to store valuable items during the visit, and any loss or theft is the responsibility of the visitor
- Visitors engaging in activities on rides or in pools must wear swimwear, including those wearing head coverings (hijabs) who must use specific swim caps
- Before engaging in activities on rides or in pools, visitors are advised to use sunscreen
- When taking photos/videos on slides, visitors must use a special tether for recording devices attached to the chest or head and suitable for water activities
- Wahoo Waterworld reserves the right to use photos/videos of any visitor recorded in the area for promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation
- Pets are not allowed to enter Wahoo Waterworld
- Visitors must maintain cleanliness throughout the Wahoo Waterworld area by disposing of trash in provided bins
- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas in Wahoo Waterworld
- In the event of bad weather, mechanical difficulties, or other operational considerations, temporary closures of pools and other rides may occur
- During bad weather, visitors are advised to find alternative shelter
- It is not recommended for visitors with chronic health conditions, those who are not physically or mentally fit, those with recent surgeries, or those in pregnancy to participate in activities with potential risks to themselves or others
- E-tickets cannot be exchanged for cash, either partially or in full
