Terms & conditions

• Purchase confirmation does not infer a booking; participants must contact singapore@flightexperience.com.sg with the confirmation email to book their Experiences after purchase.
• Recommended minimum age: 6 (young participants may not be able to wear the VR headset and will have to use the TV screen when flying)
• Walk-ins are subject to availability. Advance bookings are recommended to avoid disappointment.
• Flight bookings must be made within 6 months from the date of purchase.
• 100% refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before appointment.
• If you do not show up for a confirmed appointment, and you have not changed the booking at least 24 hours prior to the Flight Experience, your booking will be considered flown and re-booking will not be allowed.
• A pre-flight briefing is included within the stated duration of the flight package.
