Things to note

• The JDT Hummer Tour is a shared group experience, and each trip accommodates up to 12–15 passengers. You may be grouped with other guests during busy hours.
• The tour operates continuously throughout the day and evening, but actual departure times may vary depending on crowd flow and vehicle availability.
• On match or event days, the ticketing counter will temporarily relocate to Parking Zone 3 — please check signage or ask staff for assistance.
• Photography and videography are encouraged — flash photography is allowed, but please avoid obstructing the driver’s view.
• No food, drinks, or smoking are allowed inside the vehicle.

Terms & conditions

• Each ticket is valid for one person only per 12-minute session.

• Children below 4 years old ride for free, but must be accompanied by an adult.

• Persons with disabilities (PWD) are entitled to a complimentary ride.

• Each ride accommodates up to 12–15 passengers (adults + children) per trip.

• If the vehicle reaches full capacity, additional guests will be placed on the next available session.

• The JDT Hummer Tour operates on a continuous departure basis, subject to weather and availability.

• Guests must arrive 10 minutes before boarding for registration and assistance.

• Children under 12 years old must always be accompanied by an adult.

• Smoking, eating, and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

• Please handle all equipment and seating with care; damages due to negligence may incur repair charges.

• The organizer reserves the right to reschedule or delay tours due to weather, technical, or safety reasons.

• If guests do not accept rescheduled times, the ticket can be exchanged for another product of equal value.

• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals.

• On match days, the ticketing counter will be relocated to Parking Zone 3 instead of the usual Parking Zone 5.

• During official stadium events, training days, or other unforeseen circumstances, the Hummer Tour may be temporarily suspended. Passengers will be offered a rescheduled time or product exchange of equal value.
