Welcome Aboard Royal Songan Cruise, where legends come true!
Surround yourself with fresh air and breathtaking views of the majestic Mount Batur from a new perspective aboard KM Songan, the largest ship on Lake Batur. As we set sail, please observe our vessel safety demonstration before we depart for two pitstops. There will be a live cultural performance aboard the cruise, so please prepare your camera. Hot meals are served onboard the ship, please note that different tickets have different inclusions.
Check-In & Boarding
- Upon arrival, please queue at the Front Office.
- If you have valid ticket, show your e-ticket / QR code and Personal ID to our officer for check in and select your seats.
- If you don't have a valid ticket, our officer will assist you with a new booking and payment.
- You will receive a bracelet based on your booked experience, please wear it at all times.
- Explore the estate or relax in the waiting lounge.
- Boarding call will be announced—please wait for instructions.

- Respect local traditions by dressing modestly as we pass sacred sites.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited aboard the ship, by the Bali Governor’s decree.

Venue is open from Tue - Sun from 05.30am to 17.00pm. Closed every Monday. Cruise is only available following official cruise schedule (4x/week on Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun)
Things to note
- This is an outdoors experience and weather can be unpredictable, please wear appropriate clothing (jacket, sunglasses, hat)
- Please supervise your children, we are not liable for parents/guardians' negligence.
- Gusti Class seats up to 14 persons and is a shaded seating area with stagefront view.
- Satria Class consists of 6 zones, spread along the twin hulls of the ship from front to end. Each zone seats 8 passengers.
