How to use

1. Show Mobile Ticket
2. Make sure your voucher is ready to be shown before entering the recreation area.
3. Show or scan the voucher on your phone at the Information Office to get a physical ticket.
4. Please adjust the brightness of your mobile phone screen before scanning the QR code on the voucher.
5. Only your voucher is valid.
6. Receipts or proof of payment cannot be used for entry.
7. Redeem your voucher no later than 90 minutes before closing time.
8. Opening hours are subject to change.

Terms & conditions

• Visitors are prohibited from smoking and vaping in the crater center area. 
• Visitors are prohibited from bringing food into the crater area. 
• The visiting time limit is 15 minutes. 
• If you feel nauseous and dizzy, please contact the care unit officer at the Information center. 
• Visitors are prohibited from vandalism at tourist sites. 
• Visitors are prohibited from swimming / soaking limbs in the crater lake.
