- All movie/ shows will start promptly
- Pls arrive at least 15 minutes before showtime
- Duration of movie/ shows is 30 - 40 minutes, depending on movie/ show titles Photography & videography is not allowed in Omni-Theatre All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Science Centre Singapore (SCS)
- SCS reserves the right to reject any order
- SCS and its employees shall not be liable for any death, personal injury (unless such death or personal injury was caused by the negligence of SCS or its employees), loss or damage however caused while in the venue nor are they liable for any complaints, claims, refunds, or exchange for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation but subject to cancellation or postponement of the event
- Any other refunds shall be made only at SCS’s discretion
- NO EXCHANGE of tickets/membership will be made under any circumstances and tickets/membership cards are not transferable

- Singapore law shall govern the sale of all tickets and customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts
