- Single-session tickets to Sooper Yoo include 2 hours to explore a wide range of fun-filled activities
- Only visitors with valid tickets are permitted to enter Sooper Yoo
- We strongly encourage that you purchase your ticket(s) ahead of your visit to guarantee availability
- Each Child Ticket includes one free Adult Accompany ticket
- Children of age 11 or below must be accompanied by a person aged 18 or above to enter the Park
- Children who are 3 years old or less will be given free admission to the Park when accompanied by a person with a valid ticket aged 18 years or above
- To be admitted into the Park, visitors must wear grip socks, and children aged 4 to 17 must wear designated Sooper Yoo grip socks that have been purchased at the Park or through the Sooper Yoo website (HK$30 per pair)
- All sales are final
- Tickets purchased cannot be refunded or exchanged for different dates or times
- Selected facilities have minimum height requirements
- To allow for sufficient time for registration, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the specified time stipulated on your ticket
- Latecomers will not be given extra time
- Please note that we have cleaning sessions between each session
