- Child height from 120-149cm will be charged as a child ticket
- Child height from 150 and above will be charged as an adult ticket
- The child who weighs at least 25kg and is 130cm in height can join the Zipline Canopy Tour
- Children with a height under 120 and/or weighing under 25kg and/or weighing over 120kg are not allowed to participate in the Zipline Canopy Tour
- People with heart disease, high blood pressure, a history of bone and joint problems, pregnant women, people with mobility difficulties... are not allowed to participate
- Guests need to arrive at least 15 minutes before the registered playing time to check in
- Guests participating in games at Kong Forest Park need to follow the tour guide's instructions to ensure safety for themselves and fellow guests
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service
- In this case, no refunds will be given
- Guest accompanying the group but not playing games will be charged an additional shuttle fee of VND100,000/pax and pay directly to the driver
- Surcharge of 15% for Vietnam's Public Holiday: 01 Jan, 16-20 Feb, 26-30 Apr, 01 May, 01-02 Sep 2026, and will pay directly to the operator
